Booking Services
Discount Rates
We book the start times you want at discount rates.  Pre-booking is essential at peak times.  Some courses are fully booked in the spring months and in October.  Early morning times are in demand in the summer.  We can also book your accommodation and car hire or transfers.
Advice on Golf
Sometimes there are important facts we believe our clients should know about a course.  We try to inform you about anything that is relevant to you.
Special Prices
We provide you with details of any special rates that apply, e.g. during summer months many of the Algarve courses have offers for two players and a buggy or middle-of-the-day "hot rates".
Matching Your Requests
We try to match your requests as closely as possible.  We review first responses from courses and try alternative itineraries as necessary.  As soon as we have a good match or the best match we believe possible, we offer start times to you.
Other Services
We can book your car hire or transfers and we will charge no additional booking fee. You can include your request for a car or transfers on our enquiry form.  We also sell complete Golf Holidays - golf, accommodation and cars.
Secure and Simple Payment
When you are satisfied with your start times, we take your payment by bank transfer or credit card.  (For short term bookings, we ask for credit card details earlier, but do not make a debit before you have acceptable times.)
Confirmation
We send details about being met at the airport and how to contact our representatives on resort once the order is complete and we have your full flight details.
Refunds for Booked Golf

You will see from our terms & conditions we only guarantee refunds for golf cancelled more than 5 weeks before travel.  However, if you have to cancel golf after this, we always do our best to resell the golf and refund you if we are successful.

Resort Services
Meet & Greet at the Airport
You are met on arrival at the airport to receive your golf vouchers with directions to the courses (plus car and hotel vouchers, if booked).  Our representatives will meet you irrespective of your expected arrival time and any delays.
Contact on Resort

We do our best to contact clients on resort if there are last minute changes to your golf.  (Courses do occasionally make such changes.)

If you have any problems during your stay in Portugal, our representatives are there to help.  A team of 22 trained staff provide service 5 days a week, 9:00-18:00.  You will also have a 24 hour emergency number.

Extra Golf

During office hours, you can book additional golf and will be asked to pay locally.

If a golf course is closed due to bad weather, the course will offer alternative golf if practical or endorse your voucher to show you were unable to play.  Our representatives will give you a credit for this if you choose to book another coursem, another day or will contact us to arrange a refund.
